2. We will ask you to approve each stage of website development before proceeding to the next stage. Only when you have approved the complete site will it be implemented.
3. We will train you, your staff in the efficient use of your new web site.
4. We endeavour to return all phone calls within 4 hours.
5. We endeavour to return emails within 24 hours.

And for websites that are hosted by WSI:

1. We guarantee that availability will exceed 99.8%
2. You will know the number of unique visitors to your web site
3. We will provide free statistical reporting for the first year
4. You will have no email downtime when you transfer your domain name to your new site
